・Will the product I receive be different from the photos?

・Can I carry this on the plane?
If the product page's "Size" section indicates that it is suitable for carry-on, it meets the general carry-on size standards for both domestic and international flights.
※ It may not be applicable for flights with fewer than 100 seats.
・I received the product, but it didn't come with a TSA lock key.
The TSA lock keyhole is for use by TSA (Transportation Security Administration) officers at airports to inspect luggage and does not come with a key. Please use the combination lock.
・I failed to set the TSA lock, and now it won't open or close.
