Step 2: Receiving the Item for Repair


Since the repair partner may vary depending on the product, we will provide you with the shipping address after you submit the repair request form.When sending the item, please make sure to include your address, name, and phone number on the shipping label."

Step 3: Repair Work


After confirming the item's arrival, we will begin repairs in the order they are received.Please note that we do not send notifications upon receiving the item.Additionally, we generally do not provide updates regarding the start or completion of repairs.Repairs will be carried out based on the details provided in the repair request form.The repair duration may vary depending on the item, the level of demand, and the availability of parts.In most cases, repairs are completed within 1–2 weeks.


Step 4: Return Shipment


Once the repairs are complete, we will ship the item back to you in the order they are finished.All return shipping costs will be covered by our company, so we kindly ask that you simply receive the package.
